This is a remote position.

Private jet services company based in Houston, Texas is looking to hire exceptional, analytical, goal-oriented, and meticulous VA freelancers to join our team as flight support agents for a long-term period. Your tasks and responsibilities will revolve around the sales and operation side of the business. You will also be working closely with our seasoned charter team, project administrators, and other brokers to coordinate all necessary frameworks to deliver an optimal service to our clients.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Flight request processing & quoting
• Sourcing for flight options
• Processing cancellations/changes to the itinerary
• New registration of customers
• Quote follow-ups (phone calls & emails)
• Booking the flights
• Completing the checklist per flight requirements
• Following up necessary documents per flight
• Adding client service request like FA, transportation & catering
• Flight monitoring
• Deal closing


Requirements
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills. 
• You must be service and customer-oriented. Previous airline industry experience from a customer service perspective is a plus.
• You must be solution-oriented and can prioritize and work in a team.
• An excellent ability to manage delicate situations with diplomacy and empathy is a superb must!
• Since this role involves communicating with clients, excellent communication skills in verbal and written English are required.
• You should be able to cope with the heavy workload and not have any other job commitments.
• Good IT skills (MS Office, web, and relational database systems)

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Working during evening and night shift to match shift in the US time zones.
2. A stable, fast, and reliable internet connection.
3. Back-up internet and power supply in any case of interruption or outages
4. A dedicated computer or laptop with at least a core i5 processor (Mac/Windows) & 8GB RAM
5. Webcam (if not built-in already)
6. Noise-canceling headset
7. Dedicated workspace free from distractions
