Summary:

The Executive Administrative Partner (EAP) provides support to 2-3 Chief Company Officers. Functioning as a skilled problem-solver, the EAP addresses complex calendaring, manages travel schedules, prepares executive(s) for meetings and events, and serves as a trusted confidant. This role will also work with the broader Workplace Experience/People team to enhance in-office operations and assist with various events and projects. Anticipating needs using sound business acumen and a tailored approach is a critical component of this position. Some personal calendar management, as well as other miscellaneous requests, are to be expected. This is a full-time, in-office position at our Santa Monica office. 

Key Focuses:

  • Precise execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Serve as a trusted partner, liaison, and ambassador of the Executive(s)
  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level, tailored support; prioritize inquiries and requests with little to no guidance
  • Schedule appointments, manage complex calendars, troubleshoot conflicts independently; comfortable making recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Assist with in-office needs including catering, front desk coverage, guest reception, etc. as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally on meeting coordination, events, and other special projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Santa Monica office. The role requires the ability and willingness to work in the office five days a week
  • 4+ years of full-time C-level Executive Assistant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and exercise sound independent judgment
  • Keen ability to build relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-$115,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
