The Role: Executive Administrative Business Partner to the CFO

Join a central team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering product, tech, sales, and ops to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

The role directly supports the CFO in all day-to-day activities and requires strong management skills, the ability to prioritize, and supreme levels of organization and attention to detail. The role provides standard admin support to the CFO as well as a heavy focus on managing projects and processes within the finance teams.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of quickly learning context to apply in their day-to-day duties. Enthusiasm and initiative and ownership for this role is a must. The candidate should possess the desire to go above and beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities   

Team Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a ‘chief of staff’ and key liaison for team communications, ensuring timely responses, updates, and clear communication across channels.
  • Coordinate and manage team All-Hands meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, slide creation, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and regularly update the team’s intranet site, keeping key information accessible, relevant, and current.

Content & Publication Management:

  • Draft, edit, and publish quarterly memos and board summaries in collaboration with the CFO and senior leadership.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication materials across internal and external platforms, reinforcing the organization’s objectives and achievements.

Travel Coordination & Support:

  • Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning to ensure smooth travel experience
  • Travel frequently with the CFO to various locations, providing onsite logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.

Administrative & Project Support:

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CFO, and finance leaders as appropriate, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Support project management for special initiatives as needed, helping to track milestones, coordinate team contributions, and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of key presentations, documents, and reports for executive and board-level meetings.

Required Skills & Experience   

  • Exceptional experience managing a senior executive’s diary across multiple time zones. 
  • Incredible attention to detail 
  • A team player who effectively interacts with peers and helps motivate other members of the team. 
  • Proactive in problem solving and issues resolution. 
  • Flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. 
  • High level of computer literacy, including with Microsoft, Google and Workday applications. 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent time management. 
  • Reliable, conscientious and dedicated. 
  • A desire to go above and beyond 
  • Growth mindset 
  • Interest in continuous learning/growth

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary range of $100,000 - $130,000. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
