We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our EverPro team. In this role, you’ll craft and refine the strategy, messaging, and positioning that articulate the value of EverPro’s Horizontal Solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to turn customer and market insights into compelling narratives that drive adoption, retention, and expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and refine product and competitive positioning to ensure that it is resonating with our intended target audience  
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and message cross-sell opportunities across the EverPro portfolio, ensuring cohesive positioning and value articulation across all brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to map out the buyer’s journey to optimize messaging for each stage of the decision-making process helping to drive closed won opportunities and reduce churn  
  • Support content marketing and SEO teams to identify and develop content that helps increase top of funnel with our ideal target customers  
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria 
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data 
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and define target markets for new features, functionality and to drive increased product utilization and customer stickiness  
  • Directly impact revenue by developing powerful sales enablement training and materials  
  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that includes product positioning, competitive positioning, new product releases, industry updates, competitive analysis updates and developments, and shifting market landscape dynamics  

Experience and Skills: 

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience; software or SaaS experience highly desired  
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams to identify, position, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across the portfolio
  • Exceptional customer centricity and appetite to engage with prospects and customers 
  • Strong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills 
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data  
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Marketo, Google Analytics  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, careful attention to detail, and ability to drive consensus  
  • Independent, self-starter with a sense of urgency and deep customer centricity  
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
