We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our EverPro, Horizontal Solutions marketing team. 

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing messaging, strategies and executing integrated multi-channel and cross-sell marketing campaigns with a focus on driving top-of-funnel performance for a portfolio of SaaS brands. You will report to the department lead, focusing on revenue-generating initiatives. You will plan, execute, coordinate and report on campaigns to drive qualified leads for our Horizontal Solutions group.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Help assess and identify growth opportunities for portfolio products and strategize marketing and sales programs that can be executed and measured 
  • Lead marketing content development that drives adoption of our products with key benchmarks for retention and expansion.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and cross-sell initiatives across the EverPro portfolio companies
  • Plan, create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue for several solution organizations simultaneously
  • Strategically plan and manage trade shows and partner events, including booth collateral, attendees, speaking opportunities and event giveaways
  • Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; manage performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for solution organizations to ensure revenue goals and KPI’s are being met or exceeded 
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: website content, email content, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows 
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent professional experience 
  • 4-6 years of demand generation or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market 
  • Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, churn reduction, and associated revenue KPIs 
  • Prior management of marketing campaigns and budgets in a performance marketing environment 
  • Proven ability to think strategically, problem solve and confidently make decisions based on prior experience and situational awareness 
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the business 
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail 
  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills 
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely 
  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and Salesforce 

Bonus Points For: 

  • Previous work experience within the Home Services and/or Franchise Industry
  • Comfortable creating and running reports within a CRM system (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Prior experience executing cross-sell marketing campaigns across multiple product lines

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
