We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing to scale and lead the EverHealth Product Marketing Organization. EverHealth is a business unit consisting of 11 connected and customizable solutions in the EHR, Practice Management, and Patient Communication space. We simplify and empower the lives of healthcare providers, administrators, and the patients they serve, unlocking efficiencies across the entire patient experience.

Job Summary:

The Head of Product Marketing is  responsible for defining and executing the EverHealth product marketing strategy. In this leadership  role, you will own driving market research, competitive insights, and market sizing that directly inform product strategy, growth marketing, and go-to-market execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure EverHealth remains ahead of evolving trends in the SMB Healthcare IT space—including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and Patient Engagement solutions. Your insights will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, shaping roadmap direction, and enabling GTM teams to win in a competitive and rapidly changing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the product marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and market trends.  Scale, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Market Insights: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the SMB healthcare provider space. Own and execute Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) analyses for key healthcare IT segments.  Conduct and synthesize market research to identify emerging trends, buyer behaviors, and unmet needs in the SMB healthcare provider space.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging:  Define and communicate unique value proposition and messaging  framework for each product, ensuring they resonate with ideal customer profile (ICP) and buying personas to differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product lines. Leverage product and market knowledge to support Growth Marketing in the development of high-impact marketing content and campaigns, including product collateral, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement tools.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Develop and evolve EverHealth’s Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategy to ensure customer insights directly inform product, messaging, and service strategies. Drive collaborative efforts on Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) and feedback programs that shape EverHealth’s service offerings.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key product marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with analytics teams to synthesize usage data, NPS trends, churn analysis, and qualitative feedback into holistic customer insights and trends reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Informatics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a  leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Healthcare SaaS technology market preferred, B2B SaaS experience required.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving high performance and results.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
    • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: 

The target base compensation for this position is $145,000 - $175,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
