Everconnect - Senior Designer - Webflow

As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting your team in achieving operational success. You are passionate about design, customer satisfaction, and fostering growth within your team. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to collaboration, you will ensure clients receive high-quality, impactful designs that align with their goals. Leveraging your technical expertise and leadership potential, you will help refine workflows and contribute to the overall success of the Design Team. 

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: 

• Support the design management on, training, and mentoring Junior Designers to uphold best practices. 

• Collaborate with clients throughout the Design Pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate project completion. 

• Refine workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Senior Lead Designer input. 

• Achieve daily and quarterly design goals to maintain high-quality deliverables. 

• Execute top-tier website builds, edits, and creative assets for advertisements. 

• Escalate and address client issues effectively in collaboration with the Senior Lead Designer. 

• Step into various Design Team roles as needed to ensure seamless operations. 

• Build and maintain critical relationships across departments for smooth transitions and collaboration. 

• Propose and implement product improvements based on client feedback. 

• Design high-quality graphics and advertising materials with a focus on client branding. 

Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For: 

Technical Proficiency 

• Webflow and CMS Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Webflow and other CMS platforms. 

• CSS and HTML: Proficient in using CSS and HTML to customize website designs. 

• Adobe Creative Suite: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design projects. 

• Canva: Proficiency in creating quick, collaborative designs. 

Design Skills 

• Creative Problem Solving: Innovative approaches to design challenges. 

• User-Centric Design: Focused on creating intuitive, engaging user experiences. 

• Attention to Detail: Ensures all design elements meet brand standards. 

Communication 

• Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Client Interaction: Translates client visions into compelling designs. 

• Clear Communication: Conveys ideas and gathers feedback effectively. 

Organizational Skills
