We are looking for an Project Manager to focus on the delivery of our Bold Group business management and alarm management product implementations.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating resources and managing tasks for software implementation projects from inception through project closure.  The Project Manager works with the customer and various technical resources; including Application consultants, Technical Consultants and other resources to ensure the accuracy and success of each project.  This position requires a high-level of customer interaction, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the tenacity to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule project tasks with the appropriate resources
  • Drive implementation to completion within timeline
  • Establish internal and external expectations and accountability
  • Effectively prioritize and update tasks for implementation projects
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure needs are addressed and timelines are met
  • Progress implementation projects according to project details
  • Track, document, and finalize projects in alignment with company processes
  • Provide support to customers for project-related questions and ensure timely and reliable response
  • Provide effective leadership, direction and consistent communication to technical resources
  • Utilize TaskRay to track projects tasks, statuses, and communications
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 8+ years of successful project management in on-premise and SaaS software desired
  • Knowledge of business application processes, ERP software, and accounting practices desired
  • Experience in the security and alarm monitoring industry strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Central Station operations, alarm receiver configurations, and monitoring workflows (e.g., Sur-Gard, Bosch, DMP, Alarm.com, AES, etc.) would be a plus
  • Understanding of UL 827 compliance standards and industry best practices for alarm signal processing and dispatch management would be a plus
  • Ability to translate technical requirements from security integrators and monitoring centers into actionable project plans
  • Project management certifications desired
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to navigate standard office software without difficulty
  • Capable of independently seeking information and working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Where: US Based
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
