We are looking for a Performance and Engagement Program Manager to focus on the engagement and performance assessment programs across our company. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you’ll be responsible for the success of our performance management program, having decision-making responsibility for improvements, workflows, systems, timelines, communications and inputs to compensation. In the Engagement area, you’ll be responsible for creating business requirements for the Culture Amp survey platform, data analysis, action planning, continuous improvements, timelines, and intake processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan all aspects of our twice-a-year employee engagement surveys, including goals and metrics, survey design, BU alignment, timelines, communications/enablement, analysis, action planning, and informing employees of outcomes
  • Build-out lifecycle surveys, fully leveraging the capability of Culture Amp and ensuring we gather the right data to enable timely business decisions and identify risk
  • Establish intake process for ad hoc survey requests and guardrails for efficient and effective use of the Culture Amp platform; Advise stakeholders about platform use, survey design, etc.
  • Analyze survey data to draw out insights; Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to help them understand the stories in their survey results
  • Own all aspects of mid-year and annual performance review cycles, including program components (definitions, templates, metrics, workflows, timelines, etc.), integration with Annual Compensation Review and promotions, and full communications plan
  • Evaluate business pain points related to performance and recommend program changes including (but not limited to): software platform, templates, workflows, ratings, roles, enablement, etc.
  • Gather business requirements for performance calibration and recommend a standardized program for mid-year review, including definitions, technology platform enablement, templates, reports, process, sample meeting presentations, etc.
  • Drive adoption of changes to performance management program (and engagement programs, if applicable)
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation 9-12 times per year
  • Research industry best practices, behavioral science, and vendors to recommend new approaches and technology

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Sharp program management skills
  • Data analysis and storytelling with data
  • Expertise in performance management and engagement best practices, tools and technology, and peer-reviewed research
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into programs that solve business pain points
  • Is comfortable and effective influencing others, from front-line employees to executives
  • Experience with introducing change and building a coalition of support
  • Familiarity with Workday and Culture Amp preferred

Where: Remote, US

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $103,000 to $117,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
