- Leverage AI tools to build efficiency into event planning workflows, content drafting, and communications.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives as needed, including social media promotion, event-related content, and campaign support.
- Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with or strong aptitude for marketing and event platforms, including HubSpot, Zoom, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to align event efforts with business goals.
- Data-driven mindset — able to track event metrics and contribute to performance reporting.
- Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site event support.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for producing event materials and promotional assets.
