About the role:
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be an essential member of our marketing team, supporting our Marketing team in achieving our growth goals, increasing brand awareness, and driving qualified leads for the business. Your role will involve executing a client-centric content strategy, coordinating co-marketing activities with partners, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital platforms, events, and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion.
- Maintain detailed event timelines and track milestones to ensure timely execution.
- Manage vendor communications, contracts, and logistical arrangements.
- Excel & Data Management:
- Create and manage event-related spreadsheets, guest lists, task trackers, and metrics.
- Develop pivot tables, charts, and dashboards for performance tracking and post-event analysis.
- Analyze event data to evaluate outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Administrative & Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain comprehensive event documentation and organize digital and physical materials.
- Coordinate internal communications and scheduling for meetings, walk-throughs, and debriefs.
- Support procurement and management of event materials, signage, and promotional items.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
