As the Events & Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll own the planning and flawless execution of 60+ national conferences, trade shows, and high-profile events that elevate our brand and drive measurable pipeline. You’ll bring strategy to life—executing with precision across pre-event promotion, onsite experience, and post-event reporting, outreach, and ROI analysis.

You’ll work closely with the Manager of Events & Regional Marketing to operationalize the broader event and regional marketing strategy, ensuring every national activation connects seamlessly with regional go-to-market campaigns and ABM initiatives. This role requires a master planner who thrives in motion—juggling multiple deadlines, building scalable systems, and creating memorable, high-impact experiences at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering the following strategic outcomes:

National Events & Experiences
  • Plan and execute Tier 1 national events across the U.S. (e.g., ISTE, TCEA, FETC).

  • In partnership with the Manager of Events & Regional Marketing, develop annual event plans that align with go-to-market priorities, product launches, and brand campaigns.

  • Seamlessly integrate national and regional brand campaigns into national event strategy to increase awareness and demand in key geographies.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing team to support surprise-and-delight efforts, light renewal touchpoints, and localized community engagement.

  • Partner with Sales and Brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, consistent messaging, and high-impact experiences.

  • Lead pre-, during-, and post-event workflows—including communications, lead capture, reporting, and ROI analysis.

  • Build scalable processes, templates, and checklists to ensure event consistency and quality.

  • Oversee and maintain event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with the Manager of Events & Regional Marketing, Director of Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to integrate event campaigns with regional and national campaign programs.

  • Collaborate with Sales to align event participation with pipeline goals and account priorities.

  • Partner with Creative and Web teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials and activations.

Reporting & ROI
  • Measure success against pipeline influence, lead quality, and brand lift.

  • Manage event debriefs with leadership, capturing learnings to improve scalability and impact.

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in partnership with Marketing Ops.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in event marketing or experiential marketing, with direct ownership of large-scale conferences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes events simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated success executing Tier 1 events and implementing regional campaigns in fast-paced SaaS or EdTech environments.

  • Strong project management and budget management skills.

  • Mastery of event logistics, vendor management, creative experience design, and ROI measurement.

  • Excellent communicator with a knack for cross-functional alignment and storytelling.

  • Comfort with CRM and event marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, HockeyStack, Notion, etc.).
