In This Role

You will serve as a Program Manager responsible for planning and executing large-scale team events for global employees. This role provides visibility to executive leadership and offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with top management. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage project content, and ensure smooth on-site execution of multi-day events, helping drive engagement, morale, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute large-scale team events, including multi-day gatherings for 200–500 attendees across international and domestic locations.
  • Interface with sponsors, executive admins, and business managers to coordinate event logistics and program details.
  • Manage project updates, communications, and follow-ups with multiple stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain and manage event-related content on SharePoint, including packaging, rephrasing, and organizing materials provided by sponsors.
  • Track progress and status updates for all event-related initiatives, ensuring seamless on-site execution.
  • Contribute to creating an engaging team environment and support initiatives that boost morale and team engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale events end-to-end.
  • 5–7 years of experience demonstrating strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project and content management.
  • Ability to be onsite in Redmond, WA for event execution.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating multi-location events for international and domestic teams.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management platforms.
  • Experience working in highly technical or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations and reporting.
  • Previous exposure to large enterprise programs or high-visibility corporate events.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,000 - $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
