We’re hiring an Events & Partner Marketing Manager to help drive Lithic’s next phase of growth by building and executing a strategic approach to events and partner marketing. This role will be pivotal in elevating our brand visibility, optimizing partner engagement, and accelerating pipeline generation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate and align with internal teams in creation through execution of a partner marketing strategy to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Identify partner marketing opportunities and craft marketing plans that benefit both Lithic and our partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Equip our partners for success to champion Lithic. Develop compelling partner-facing materials (sell sheets, slide decks, product info, training modules) that arm partner sales teams with the knowledge and content to effectively promote Lithic’s solutions. Conduct periodic training to keep partners up-to-date on new features and messaging.
  • Event Management & Marketing: Recommend and lead Lithic’s presence at events and industry conferences including goal definition, internal participation, budgets, and expected outcomes.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that drive awareness and pipeline. Create compelling content and promotional materials that showcase Lithic’s expertise. Build scalable processes that ensure flawless execution.
  • Funnel Optimization: Work cross functionally with internal Lithic teams to align marketing initiatives with partnerships and sales goals. Ensure events and partner-referred leads are properly captured, nurtured, and progress through the funnel. Establish clear feedback loops to continuously refine our approach and optimize the funnel.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize partner and events marketing efforts. Track funnel journey and revenue contribution; analyze which events,  campaigns, and partners yield the best results. Develop dashboards (with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce) to communicate performance. Continuously refine tactics to optimize performance.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years in events and partner marketing in fintech, payments, or technology industries
  • Copywriting and content creation for purposes of building campaigns, enablement, presentations, scripts.
  • B2B demand generation and product marketing experience a plus
  • Advanced experience in marketing performance reporting for campaigns and through the funnel
  • Detailed oriented, delivers on time and with excellence
  • Able to build rapport, relationships, and influence others
  • Natural sense of curiosity and enjoys continual learning

Base Salary for US Candidates: $137,000 - $162,000

We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to our growth. Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from our SoHo office three days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays are core in-office days - the third is flexible.
