About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Event Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of events that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer success. You will design and deliver events that are not just well-organized, but also measurable, engaging, and inspiring for SMB audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end event programs (webinars, roadshows, trade shows, pop-ups, and community events).

  • Tie every event to business outcomes — tracking leads (MQLs → SQLs), pipeline contribution, and social/media amplification.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event strategy with revenue goals.

  • Bring strong project management and organizational skills to run logistics smoothly across multiple concurrent events.

  • Design experiences that feel crafted, high-quality, and visually on-brand — from booth design to event collateral.

  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on event playbooks for better ROI.

  • Build relationships with SMB customers and partners, ensuring events resonate with their unique needs.

  • Act as a team player and cultural champion, working cross-functionally and energizing those around you.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or experiential marketing, ideally in SaaS or SMB-focused industries.

  • Proven ability to tie events to measurable business results (pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, conversions).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with exceptional execution skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable using data to measure ROI and iterate.

  • Creative eye and visual taste for crafting branded experiences.

  • Outgoing, collaborative personality; thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

  • Passion for helping SMB customers succeed.

MoeGo offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, performance bonus, and benefits). This includes flexible benefit plans to employees and their family members at no cost to the employees and 401(k) matching.

MoeGo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, and is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
