Job Purpose

Join Digital FastForward Inc., an energetic and forward-thinking value advisory firm helping enterprise leaders accelerate and capture value through Pega AI and Intelligent Automation.

We are on a mission to elevate how leaders think, design, and deliver value — and to expand the reach of our Value eXcelerator™ workshops, advisory programs, and thought leadership platforms.

This role exists to power the engine of awareness behind our workshops, events, content, and thought leadership. As we launch a new workshop series, publish our upcoming book, and expand partnerships across the Pega ecosystem, we’re seeking a proactive and creative marketing intern who wants hands-on experience coordinating executive-level events, supporting campaigns, and amplifying a rapidly growing advisory brand.

You will love it here if you:

  • Are passionate about helping ideas spread and bringing meaningful work to the right audiences.
  • Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, and initiative.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions matter. Enjoy coordinating events, managing details, and keeping complex moving pieces on track.
  • Want to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of workshops, advisory programs, and content engines.
  • Flourish in a collaborative, supportive, growth-oriented environment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
Coordinate and publish workshop/event landing pages, manage logistics, and send confirmation and reminder communications.
  • Assist in promoting workshops by preparing and scheduling social posts based on content provided and sharing promotional materials with partners and executive sponsors.
  • Provide production support for virtual workshops (recording, chat moderation, technical coordination).
  • Format and publish weekly content (blog posts, newsletters, workshop announcements) using content provided by the company’s internal thought leaders and experts
  • Schedule and post social media content on LinkedIn and other channels using assets and copy provided.
  • Assemble and send the weekly email newsletter, using provided content; maintain mailing lists and track basic engagement metrics.
  • Support podcast production, including uploading episodes, preparing provided
descriptions, and posting promotional snippets created from provided materials.
  • Track workshop registrations and engagement data, providing clear weekly reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each week:

  • At least one LinkedIn long-form post is published each week to drive visibility and traffic for upcoming workshops
  • Ensure the weekly newsletter is assembled, formatted, and sent to the company's mailing list
  • Ensure that at least one podcast episode is prepared and published each week

Qualifications

Strong applicants will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Comfort working with modern SaaS tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoom, Webflow, Kajabi,
    Pipedrive, Canva, etc.)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Professional presence and reliability during events
  •  Interest in digital transformation, AI, leadership, or enterprise innovation (preferred but not required)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

    • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
    • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
    • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
    • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
    • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
    • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
