About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Marketing Coordinator (4-6 Month Contract) to support the planning, promotion, and execution of our events and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through engaging events and impactful marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. 

What you’ll have the opportunity to do:

Event Planning & Execution: 

  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management for virtual, in-person, and hybrid events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events on a global scale. 
  • Manage event timelines, vendor communications, venue booking, shipping, and onsite support. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals. 

Marketing Campaign Support: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional plans for events across email, social media, digital advertising, and PR. 
  • Create and manage event landing pages, registration forms, and attendee communications. 
  • Track performance metrics and prepare post-event reports. 

Content & Creative Coordination: 

  • Work with the design and content teams to create marketing assets such as flyers, signage, presentation decks, and promotional items. 
  • Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging. 

Stakeholder Communication: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding event-related updates. 
  • Provide timely updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on progress and key deliverables. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field. 
  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or marketing. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills and vendor management. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Some domestic travel required (less than 10%). 
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom Webinars and Meetings, Parmonic).

  • Contract negotiations with vendors.
  • Experience coordinating events in geographies outside of the US.
  • Passion for events and marketing with a desire to grow in the field.
