As Events Manager, you will be responsible for aligning events to support ABM campaigns and marketing programs that achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Develop and manage budget and prioritization across event types and sales teams with a keen eye on ROI. Leverage industry-leading vendors and sponsorships to help us connect with customers in meaningful ways. Collaborate with team members to orchestrate event sequencing to amplify our point of view with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated events strategy that includes industry conferences, webinars, tradeshows and company hosted events to support the company’s business objectives. 
  • Coordinate end-to-end event planning and management, including concept development planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management and onsite execution. 
  • Negotiate contracts with event organizers, vendors and partners to ensure optimal terms and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all events and to align event objectives and reporting.
  • Ensure all logistical information for attendees is clearly communicated and organized, including events schedules, locations, and any additional relevant information to facilitate a seamless event experience.
  • Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships to enhance market exposure, reduce costs and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Analyze event performance, provide detailed reports on lead generation, brand awareness, ROI and key learnings, providing insight for future event strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new event marketing concepts to continuously innovate and improve the events marketing program. 

Required Skill/Background:

  • 2 -4 years of experience in end to end event management or related roles, preferably within B2G or B2B
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver best-in-class results within deadlines and budget constraints
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences
  • Ability and willingness to travel to events
  • Growth mind-set, fail fast, find a new path, keep moving, get results.  
  • Event budget allocation and management experience with a keen sense for staying within budget and ahead of schedule.  
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with several global teams mentioned above. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
