Your Mission: 

The Partner Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in scaling AfterShip’s Partner Marketing function by driving consistent, high-quality execution across partner marketing and field events. Sitting within the Partnerships team, this role supports a proven growth channel by adding operational rigor, coordination, and execution capacity as the program continues to expand.

Working closely with Partner Marketing Managers, Partner Managers, Sales, Marketing, and external partners, the Partner Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and reporting of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events—including webinars, trade shows, partner dinners, and happy hours. This role is highly execution-focused, with responsibility for managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event performance tracking.

Through strong organization and cross-functional collaboration, the Partner Marketing Coordinator will help deliver seamless partner and customer experiences that drive engagement, strengthen partnerships, and support pipeline growth.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Support the planning, execution, and reporting of partner marketing and field events including but not limited to in-person events, webinars, trade shows, dinners and happy hours
  • Execute logistics across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events including but not limited to venue, catering, attendance management, onsite support
  • Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales teams to deliver well-run events that drive engagement and pipeline
  • This is an execution-focused role with exposure to partner marketing strategy, vendor management, and post-event performance tracking
  • Support the partner managers in tracking partner marketing budget and expenses, processing invoices and payments, inventory for swag and event material
  • Ad hoc request to support partner marketing function in general

Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and the ability to travel across North America are required.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, ideally in partnerships or events 
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant certifications
  • Passion for in-person and online events
  • Self starter, hungry to learn and proactive
  • Detailed oriented, with interpersonal skills and has exposure coordinating events
  • End to end experience coordinating in-person and online events such as setup, dry runs, live, post-event follow up
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, partner marketing, or willingness to travel occasionally for events

Salary range for this role: $72,000 - $82,000 USD
