The role / impact

You will partner with the North American marketing and sales teams to bring Xero’s event strategy to life, delivering experiences that elevate the brand across the region. Your primary focus involves supporting the delivery of Xerocon Denver 2026, where you will manage delegate registration, customer support, and cross-functional planning to ensure a high-quality experience that meets business goals.

Beyond our flagship conference, you will manage inventory for warehouses in the United States and Canada, ensuring our teams have the materials they need to succeed. By maintaining detailed project tracking and vendor payment processing, you provide the essential administrative backbone that allows our regional event programs to run smoothly and effectively.

The team / how they connect

You will join the North America Marketing Events team, a collaborative group dedicated to creating meaningful connections with our partners and small business community. The team works closely with sales and global colleagues across multiple time zones to align processes and share best practices, ensuring every event reflects our commitment to making business beautiful.

The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on

  • Supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of Xerocon Denver 2026, specifically registration setup and customer service management.

  • Managing inventory and fulfillment for the Xero store warehouses in the United States and Canada to support go-to-market requirements.

  • Streamlining vendor payment processes and project documentation to maintain momentum across the broader event team.

  • Collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure event deliverables meet deadlines and adhere to technical standards.

Where and how you can work

This is a remote position based in the Denver, CO in the United States. As this role supports major regional events, you will travel to Xerocon and other North American locations to provide onsite registration and operational support.
