Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and executing events that leave a lasting impact. You will support our events team in delivering seamless experiences for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and client events.

  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.

  • Support on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Prepare event materials, presentations, and reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of events, budgets, and attendee feedback.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Previous experience in event coordination is a plus.
