The Role:
Join our dynamic Experiential Marketing team as an Events Operations Associate, where you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading event technology and play an important role in bringing events to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, loves working in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
In this role, you'll support a variety of event tech tools, collaborate with seasoned Event Managers, and contribute to both pre-event planning and on-site execution. You'll build a strong foundation in event operations, marketing, and project coordination-setting the stage for long-term growth in the events industry.
This position is based in our Chicago office. To foster continuous collaboration, we follow a hybrid policy in which a minimum of 3 days onsite is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Experiential Marketing team with a focus on event technology and onsite event operations, including:

  • Registrant Email Campaign Management
  • Push Notification Management
  • Audience Engagement Tools (Q&A & Polling)
  • Survey Creation & Deployment
  • Registration Management
  • Mobile Event App Setup & Maintenance
  • Speaker Resource Center Administration
  • Exhibitor Resource Center Administration
  • Reporting & Data Analysis

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Email Inbox Management
  • Onsite Registration Desk Support
  • "Event in a Box" System & Materials Coordination
  • Support Sr. Marketing Manager in external marketing efforts as needed
  • General Administrative Support

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years of experience in events, marketing, or an operations role
  • Familiarity with Cvent or similar event platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Total Cash Compensation Range
$58,150.00 - 98,875.00 USD Annual
Inclusive of annual base salary and target incentive
