- Execute seamless experiences — oversee onsite and online delivery, manage guest lists, RSVPs, registration, customer/partner communications, and act as point-of-contact for vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
- Manage audience engagement — build and maintain invitee lists, ensure accurate outreach and follow-up, and support executive participation in panels, speaking slots, and networking opportunities.
- Event Communication and Promotion Strategy — support the creation of event communications and collaborate on promotional strategy for events (in partnership with demand generation and sales teams) to meet registration and attendance goals, and follow ups, leveraging tactics such as email marketing, social media, and paid advertising
- Measure and optimize performance — track KPIs including attendance, engagement, meetings, MQLs, influenced and attributed revenue, budget spend, and ROI. Provide post-event reporting, insights, and lead capture to improve future investments.
