monday.com is looking for an experienced Event and Field Marketing Manager to join our North American (NAM) marketing team for the duration of a six month contract. You will have a meaningful impact on building and executing a wide variety of events, directly aligning with our revenue targets. You don’t just produce events, you work with the sales and customer teams to create opportunities for them to sell monday.com at a variety of events. You are not operating alone - you are stepping into a role on an established and successful team here at monday.com.
Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role
- Manage our event portfolio for H1: Fully manage and execute our regional event calendar (in-person and virtual), focusing on pipeline generation and brand growth
- Be our brand vibe: Ensure our presence at every event is flawless, representing monday.com's product and reputation perfectly. Create spaces for meaningful prospect and customer interactions
- Power sales enablement: Drive tight alignment with Sales/CS. Equip them with pre-event strategies to maximize attendance and manage all flawless post-event follow-up for lead qualification
- Negotiate & budget: Oversee event sponsorships, contract negotiations, and budgets to ensure all spend is pipeline-focused and hits regional revenue goals
- Measure everything: Be a stickler for data. Track, analyze, and report on event performance and ROI, using insights to continually refine our strategy
Requirements
- 5+ Years Experience: Proven success managing events and field marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, with a clear track record of delivering pipeline and revenue
- Event mastery: You know the logistics and strategy behind high-impact events for Mid-Market and Enterprise audiences
- Data-driven & tech-savvy: You're a self-starter who lives by data. Comfortable using Salesforce and marketing automation tools for reporting and decision-making
- Exceptional communicator: A dynamic presenter and relationship builder, capable of engaging both internal teams and external executives

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $110,000-$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
