Job Description:

Salary: £55-60K + 12% bonus + other company benefits.
The European eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Royal Canin’s brand growth ambitions within the eCommerce space. This position
is responsible for identifying category opportunities and developing effective brand activation strategies and plans. Key focus areas include digital marketing, portfolio management, promotional activation, and innovation management. You will collaborate with teams across 8 EU markets (21 in total) to ensure alignment with broader market-level brand strategies.
 

What are we looking for? 

  • Proven experience in marketing/brand marketing/sales on supplier or retailer side. 

  • Passionate about Digital and Ecommerce. 

  • Proven track record of Building collaborative relationship with customers/ stakeholders. 

  • Proven Track record of Project management 

  • Mobility required with 15% travel expected 

  • Fluent English.

What will be your key responsibilities? 

  • Develop winning brand and category activation strategies tailored to Zooplus, grounded in category trends, performance data, shopper & customer insights, and customer strategies. 

  • Co-create effective & efficient digital marketing strategies with the Zooplus digital marketing team, focusing on the full consumer journey from awareness to conversion. 

  • Monitor campaign KPI’s, analyze performance & continuously optimize digital marketing plans. 

  • Own the development and execution of tailored promotional activities.  

  • Ensure flawless execution of new product launches on the Zooplus platform, from planning to post-launch performance review. 

  • Own marketing budgets related to the Zooplus account, ensuring optimal investment and ROI.
