Brown & Brown is Seeking an ETL – Integration Developer to join our growing team.

The ETL/Data Integration Engineer designs, develops, and maintains enterprise-grade data pipelines and integration solutions. This role ensures reliable and efficient data movement across systems to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs

How You Will Contribute

  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and maintain integration workflows using tools like Azure Data Factory, SQL, APIs, and messaging systems.
  • Ensure data quality through validation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support modernization of legacy data workflows and cloud migration efforts.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and data services.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $120,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
