As a Closing Coordinator (Escrow Assistant), you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process. This will be a temporary position supporting seasonal volume for our Northern California market through December 2026. This will be fully remote- all equipment will be provided, and training will be conducted virtually.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement.
  • Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
  • Opening orders, reviewing contracts, verifying information such as buyer/seller names, sales price, EMD, and other pertinent fee allocation
  • Order and maintain detailed records, including following up on needed items. Ensure timely delivery of EMD, HOA, solar, lines, and payoffs.
  • Deliver great customer experience while guiding clients and agents through the closing process
  • Escrow Assistants should love a challenge and enjoy creative problem solving to keep our clients and agents happy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ year working an escrow desk as an assistant
  • Attention to detail and the ability to be organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with residential purchase transactions in Northern California
  • Qualia knowledge

Compensation and benefits are subject to modification from time to time as the Company, in its sole and exclusive discretion, deems appropriate. The Company may determine during its future reviews of the proposed compensation and benefits provided for this position, that the compensation and benefits for such position should be reduced. In no event will the Company reduce the compensation for the position to a level below the applicable jurisdictional minimum wage rate for the position. Los Angeles County and San Francisco Candidates only: qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment per the Fair Chance Ordinance and the Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
