As we embark on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&O), we’re seeking an ERP Program Manager to lead this transformative journey and evolve into the ultimate ERP System Administrator post-implementation.
Role Overview
The ERP Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Dynamics365 Finance & Operations (F&O), ensuring alignment with Thrive’s operational and financial goals. The ERP Program Manager will Identify potential risks and issues and proactively develop mitigation strategies while working closely with external implementation partners, vendors and stakeholders across the organization.  Post implementation, the role will transition into a hands-on ERP Administrator, responsible for ongoing system optimization, maintenance, and serving as the holistic OCFO technology architect.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics365 ERP professional to shape the future of Thrive’s financial and supply chain operations while delivering long-term value through technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Phase:

  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Coordinate the delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across regions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party partners to define requirements, map processes and design solutions
  • Ensure best practices are followed in project delivery and work to continuously improve project management methodologies.
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption, including training plans, communication strategies, and user engagement.
  • Participate in system testing, data migration, and validation efforts to ensure a seamless go-live experience.


Post-Implementation Phase:

  • ERP Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for D365 F&SCM, managing configurations, workflows, and system updates. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper segregation of duties and system security. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to customize and configure Dynamics 365 to implement new features and workflows to meet business requirements
  • Technology Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance system functionality to align with Thrive’s evolving business needs.
  • Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to maximize system utilization.
  • System Integration: Work closely with teams to ensure seamless integration between D365 F&SCM and other critical systems, including Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure system health and scalability.


Qualifications
Required:

  • Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and their role in financial and supply chain operations.
  • Experience in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry, with a strong understanding of operational and financial processes unique to MSPs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.
  • Experience with change management, user training, and system adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.


Preferred

  • Experience as a system administrator for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Finance and Operations).
  • Familiarity financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including integration and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce CPQ, including system integration and configuration.
  • Proficient in system configuration, security, and user management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) and its integration with Dynamics 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for resolving complex ERP-related issues.
  • Experience working in a global, multi-region environment
