Project Scope
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Clinical Solutions to support a large-scale Epic implementation in Dubai. This role will oversee clinical digital solutions across physician, nursing, Emergency Department, and perioperative domains, ensuring Epic-based solutions are strategically designed, delivered, and optimized to support clinician efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Position Summary
The Product Manager – Clinical Solutions is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Epic-based clinical solutions across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring that clinical workflows, system enhancements, and digital tools are aligned with organizational strategy and measurable outcomes. A strong clinical informatics background is required, with prior Epic experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Epic clinical solutions across inpatient, ambulatory, ED, and perioperative areas.
• Research Epic enhancements and emerging clinical technologies to inform product strategy and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive clinician adoption and system utilization by monitoring KPIs, analyzing usage data, and identifying workflow optimization opportunities.
• Manage and prioritize the Epic clinical backlog, gathering, refining, and aligning requirements with business and clinical priorities.
• Partner with Epic application teams, project managers, and training teams to ensure effective design, delivery, and adoption of clinical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and requirement discussions to ensure shared understanding across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, including Epic and third-party partners, ensuring deliverables, SLAs, and contractual obligations are met.
• Ensure clinical solutions comply with security, privacy, and IT governance standards while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role supporting clinical digital solutions.
• Strong clinical informatics background with prior experience working with Epic systems as an analyst, product owner, or clinical stakeholder.
• Proven experience delivering clinician-facing digital solutions, workflow enhancements, and Epic module functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level reporting skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced implementation environment.
Travel Requirements
• 100% onsite presence required throughout the duration of the project.
• Onsite work required in Dubai for planning, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and go-live activities.
