Position: Epic Implementation Analyst
Contract Length: 6+ Months (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (Travel <10%)
Compensation: $50–$70/hour (Non-Benefited)
About the Role:
The Wilshire Group is seeking an Epic Implementation Analyst to support client hospitals during system implementation and post-go-live optimization. This role will focus on ensuring Epic functionality aligns with clinical and business needs, providing both technical and workflow expertise.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in new Epic implementations and system optimization projects.
Collaborate with hospital leadership, clinicians, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration.
Translate hospital operational needs into Epic workflows and system configuration.
Support testing, training, and cutover/go-live activities.
Provide post-go-live support and optimization guidance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Epic experience with direct involvement in Epic implementation projects.
Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and system adoption strategies.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
