Mars is seeking a talented and experienced EOS Integration Deployment Lead for Europe to be a key player in our major business transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of vendor resources in building and deploying new, state-of-the-art integrations for our S/4HANA-based ecosystem.
  • Oversee the regional integration program deployment, including resource planning, milestone management, budget control and risk mitigation.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of delivery performance and code quality.
  • Drive the direction for building and deploying the program across various markets, with an initial focus on our Royal Canin Europe deployments.
  • Act as the voice of the team in technical workshops and engage with key stakeholders, from analysts to directors, to ensure alignment and success.
  • Champion the integration platform's capabilities, share success stories, and build strong partnerships across the business.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Considerable direct experience in building, deploying, and delivering integration solutions (APIs, events, EDI) in a complex, fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Proven experience leading and managing third-party or outsourced partners, with a team of up to 20 external resources.
  • Expertise in integration technologies (e.g., SAP BTP Integration Suite, Azure Integration Services, Solace, Mulesoft, IBM IIB).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with leveraging AI technologies within the software delivery lifecycle is a plus.
