JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Finance to join our North America DSO organization within Envista. This position will partner closely with the Head of North America DSO, sales team, finance management, and commercial leaders in other business units to provide insightful financial analysis and reporting and drive system and process improvements.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with NA DSO team and business units to prepare annual budget/target, quarterly forecast, and monthly sales flash.
    • Provide clear guidance and communication to ensure alignments on timeline, assumptions, and deliverables
    • Collaborate with Head of NA DSO to create annual bonus targets for the sales team
    • Manage rebates and admin fees planning, reporting, and processing for accruals and payments
    • Provide monthly and quarterly sales and cost center reporting, variance analysis, and risks and opportunities assessments
    • Consolidate data from business units to provide a complete view of each DSO’s performance
  • Develop dashboards and business analysis
    • Provide accurate and timely updates of sales bowlers and account plans
    • Create DSO profitability models and scenarios analysis to support price, rebate, DOA, and contract negotiations
    • Drive the usage of one Tableau data source for NA DSO sales reporting and ensure buy-in and alignments from business units
  • Drive system and process improvements
    • Improve DOA financial analysis, communications of pricing changes, and the overall approval process
    • Enhance DSO sales reporting by leveraging Tableau and other analytical tools
    • Partner with Sales Operations and IT to improve DSO data mapping and data integrity in Tableau
    • Streamline the consolidation and reporting process of NA DSO rebates, admin fees, and expenses, including the results from both the central team and business units
  • Responsible for the management and professional development of direct reports

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 8-10 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication, business partnership, and teamwork.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. 
  • Local candidates only.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting commercial teams preferred.
  • Experience with large reporting/planning systems (Hyperion Financial Modeling) preferred.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
