You will serve as the site expert, guide teams with confidence, and help drive a culture of environmental responsibility. Your technical leadership will elevate our compliance systems and strengthen our relationships with regulators, auditors, and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hazardous waste and Subpart BB regulatory program as the technical authority
- Develop and maintain RCRA compliance systems for construction and operations
- Prepare hazardous waste shipments, budgets, metrics, and regulatory reports
- Support inspections, audits, and ISO 14001 conformance efforts
- Partner with teams on compliance for air, water, stormwater, SPCC, solid waste, and other environmental programs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 1-3 years managing environmental compliance programs
- Strong experience with RCRA and hazardous waste management
- Working knowledge of RCRA, CWA, CAA, CERCLA, and ISO 14001
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading small technical teams or multi-functional projects
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections and external audits
- Background in both construction and operational environmental compliance
