Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales Trainee – Nonprofit Sector, you’ll participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to teach you the foundations of sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the mission-driven sector. You’ll gain the tools to help local nonprofit organizations expand their donor base, increase program participation, and scale their community impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques tailored to nonprofit and community-based clients

  • Support outreach to potential partners, clients, and community stakeholders

  • Assist in promoting nonprofit campaigns and initiatives at community events and activations

  • Help prepare presentations, sales decks, and proposals for nonprofit clients

  • Participate in field training, donor acquisition campaigns, and cause-based promotional efforts

  • Track outreach results and support reporting and CRM updates

  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop strategy and improve performance

Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for nonprofit causes, public service, and social impact

  • Excellent communication and people skills; confident in community or public-facing roles

  • Highly coachable and motivated to develop skills in sales, marketing, or fundraising

  • Organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

  • Experience in customer service, volunteer work, fundraising, or student leadership is a plus

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.) is highly valued
