Position OverviewAs an Entry-Level Sales Trainee – Nonprofit Sector, you’ll participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to teach you the foundations of sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the mission-driven sector. You’ll gain the tools to help local nonprofit organizations expand their donor base, increase program participation, and scale their community impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and apply sales techniques tailored to nonprofit and community-based clients
Support outreach to potential partners, clients, and community stakeholders
Assist in promoting nonprofit campaigns and initiatives at community events and activations
Help prepare presentations, sales decks, and proposals for nonprofit clients
Participate in field training, donor acquisition campaigns, and cause-based promotional efforts
Track outreach results and support reporting and CRM updates
Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop strategy and improve performance
Passion for nonprofit causes, public service, and social impact
Excellent communication and people skills; confident in community or public-facing roles
Highly coachable and motivated to develop skills in sales, marketing, or fundraising
Organized, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
Experience in customer service, volunteer work, fundraising, or student leadership is a plus
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.) is highly valued
