We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the production industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth operations from pre-production through post-production

Responsibilities

  • Assist the production team with setup and breakdown of equipment and sets.
  • Help coordinate daily tasks and logistics to ensure production deadlines are met.
  • Support cast and crew by managing schedules and providing necessary materials.
  • Maintain inventory of production supplies and report needs for replenishment.
  • Run errands including transporting documents, equipment, and food.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or training is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
