About the Role

As an Entry-Level Marketing Associate, you’ll collaborate with our outreach and campaign teams to design and execute grassroots marketing initiatives that raise awareness for social causes and nonprofit partners. You’ll gain hands-on experience in brand promotion, public engagement, and campaign strategy — no corporate experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of community-based marketing campaigns

  • Represent nonprofit clients at live events and local outreach programs

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and engagement opportunities

  • Collaborate with teammates to develop messaging and creative strategies

  • Track campaign results and contribute insights to improve performance

  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for new initiatives
