We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Promotional Marketing Assistant to support outreach and fundraising campaigns in the Pleasanton area. - OR 1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotional events, sales, advertising, or customer-facing roles
- Internships or prior entry-level marketing experience are also considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
- Strong time management skills and adherence to schedules
- Passion for customer service, community engagement, and nonprofit support
