Who Actually Thrives Here
- People who take feedback well, even when it's about something they thought they were doing right
- People who can hold a genuine conversation on the phone, not just read from a script
- People who want uncapped pay tied to real production, instead of a fixed salary that never moves
Who This Role Isn't For
- Anyone looking for a traditional 9-to-5 hourly structure
- Anyone unwilling to get licensed, or unwilling to work toward it
- Anyone who needs constant, hands-on supervision to stay productive
If You're in the First Group, Here's the Full Picture
You'll work warm, inbound leads exclusively — people who already reached out about life insurance coverage. There's no cold calling built into this role at any stage. You'll go through a full training pipeline designed for people without prior insurance experience, get paired with a mentor for your early live calls, and have access to more than 60 carrier partners so you're never stuck pushing a single product regardless of fit.
Compensation, In Detail
This is commission-only, uncapped. New producers typically close in the $800–$1,200 range per policy. Based on that:
- Part-time producers: $50,000+ in year one
- Full-time producers: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
Pay is issued daily and weekly, and there are additional performance-based bonuses for agents who reach certain production thresholds — this isn't flat commission with nothing else attached.
Requirements to Apply
- U.S.-based
- Background-check eligible
- Licensed for Life & Health insurance, or genuinely willing to get licensed — we'll guide you through this if needed
Why This Matters
We built this role around the idea that motivation and coachability matter more than a sales background. If you're in the "who thrives here" group above, apply today — we're actively reviewing candidates and can move quickly for the right fit.
