Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in communications to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our internal and external communication strategies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of internal and external communications materials.
  • Support social media content development and manage posting schedules.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information for communication campaigns.
  • Help organize and promote events, including press conferences and community outreach activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update communication databases and contact lists.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
