Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining the scope of the project, gathering business requirements and documenting them textually.
- Involved in all the phases of a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure that business objectives were met
- Provide business knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in their focused area of the business.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and define requirements that address relatively simple business processes or projects of low to moderate complexity.
- Strong written communication skills (ability to interpret requests for developers, and explain to business users technical issues.
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in all streams
- Great communication skills/presentation skills.
- Knowledge in business and system analysis, management, and project planning
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio.
