The Entry Level Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting our efforts to drive sales and brand awareness. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer outreach strategies that generate interest and promote our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about business development, sales, and field work.

 

Responsibilities as an Entry Level Assistant Manager:

  • Our Entry Level Assistant Manager will conduct fieldwork to engage with customers directly and gather valuable insights for outreach campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and implementing customer outreach strategies to drive sales and engage potential customers.
  • Attend and participate in face to face sales events and presentations to promote our products and services.
  • Support the sales team by providing them with promotional materials and strategic direction. 
  • As an Entry Level Assistant Manager you will analyze sales data to help improve sales tactics and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals. 
  • Reliable transportation to get you to and from different field locations.

 

Requirements as an Entry Level Assistant Manager:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interest in customer service, sales, and brand development. 
  • Our Entry Level Assistant Manager must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with customers face to face in a sales environment. 
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. 
  • Ability to perform fieldwork and travel to sales locations as needed.
