Entry-Level Assistant Manager – Business Development & Leadership

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take on responsibilities that lay the groundwork for becoming a future leader:

• Represent clients professionally in retail and event-based environments
• Learn and master the basics of direct sales and customer engagement
• Lead by example to inspire your team and maintain high service standards
• Communicate with managers to improve processes and ensure goals are met
• Take part in training sessions focused on leadership, business development, and team-building
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow
