Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at sFOX, you will act as a critical bridge between our platform and clients including enterprise partners and high-frequency/systematic trading firms. This role combines sales engineering, solution architecture, and client success—guiding prospects and clients through complex integrations, driving platform adoption, channeling real-world insights to evolve our products and help shape the future of sFOX.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical product lead throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with account executives to identify prospects' needs, deliver customized demos and presentations, design tailored solutions, and create documentation that highlights the impact of sFOX in addressing their specific use cases and requirements
  • Lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients–create and present solution designs, best practices, and documentation to maximize client success
  • Build and maintain high-quality technical resources to support sales and integrations, including documentation, integration guides, examples, demos, and FAQs that highlight sFOX's capabilities
  • Manage RFPs, security reviews, and technical due diligence: coordinate with Compliance, Security, and Legal teams to address controls, data handling, and regulatory needs
  • Provide ongoing client support–accept and triage inbound inquiries, reproduce and debug, escalate effectively, and communicate updates while adhering to established SLAs
  • Conduct formal and informal business reviews with clients: monitor KPIs and health metrics, and propose optimizations or new use cases to boost adoption and value
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to support product development and releases–QA new features, document release notes, create enablement materials, run beta programs, and communicate releases to clients to ensure seamless adoption, accurate feedback loops, and continuous product improvement
  • Systematically capture and synthesize client feedback; deliver actionable insights to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and prioritization

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, technical customer success or similar roles, ideally in fintech, trading, crypto, or related fields like risk/compliance
  • Proficiency in understanding and demonstrating complex technical platforms, including APIs (e.g., REST, FIX, WebSocket)
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales cycles, leading proofs-of-concept (POCs), and onboarding clients
  • Strong analytical thinking to diagnose issues, debug integrations, perform technical analysis, and design customized solutions
  • Basic to intermediate skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java, with the ability to read/understand code, build sample integrations, and create tools such as Postman collections or code samples
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for delivering technical presentations, demos, RFPs, and documentation, while explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet SLAs, manage projects, and adapt in fast-paced environments

We do not make hiring or employment decisions on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other basis protected by applicable local, state or federal law.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
