About Kyra

We run influencer marketing for large brands. Not one-off posts. Structured programs designed to drive real business outcomes.

We use data and AI to improve creator selection and performance forecasting, but this role isn’t about buzzwords. It’s about running strong accounts, delivering consistently, and growing revenue year over year. We’ve scaled quickly. Now we need someone who knows how to manage enterprise clients properly.

If you’ve cut your teeth in outbound sales, love the challenge of building pipeline from scratch, and are hungry to accelerate your career in one of the fastest-growing spaces in marketing—this could be your next big move.

🌍 Location: Remote US

The Role ✨

As an Enterprise SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth — driving pipeline with enterprise brands that fit our ICP and setting the Sales team up to win.

This isn’t about spamming meetings into the diary. It’s about creating real value for brands, sparking meaningful conversations, and fuelling long-term success in the creator economy.

What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Target-list creation

  • Build and refine ICP-aligned brand lists and budget-holding contacts using Sales Navigator, Apollo, and smart research. We tend to partner with stakeholders in Marketing departments of B2C companies.

📞 Outbound motion

  • Run multi-channel touches per day (calls, LinkedIn, personalised emails, Loom videos) that start genuine conversations. Phone first.

📣 Personal brand

  • Post compelling LinkedIn content that educates prospects, showcases Kyra insights, and drives demand. Work with our marketing department to accelerate your profile and presence.

📅 Meeting booking

  • Secure discovery calls with detailed context that accelerates conversion for Sales.

🧪 Message testing

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy to experiment with value props, cadences, and subject lines.

📊 CRM discipline

  • Keep HubSpot and Apollo spotless with accurate activity, contact, and company data.

📝 Reporting & insights

  • Share concise weekly reports with leadership on progress, learnings, optimisations, and new ideas.

What You Bring

SDR Experience

  • 1+ years quota-carrying SDR experience (SaaS, martech, or agency services) with ambition to progress to AE within a year.

📈 Research & Optimisation Mindset

  • Obsess over prospecting, performance optimisation, and leveraging AI + data to smash targets.

🔎 List-Building Strength

  • Skilled at identifying ICPs, budget owners, and decision-makers.

✍️ Communication Skills

  • Crisp, human copywriting and confident presentation with exec presence.

💪 Resilience & Hunger

  • Bounce back from rejection, maintain high activity, and keep a positive mindset.

🌍 Curiosity & Ambition

  • Genuinely interested in the creator economy and marketing innovation.

  • Coachable, ambitious, and intellectually hungry.

📩 Sound like you?

We’d love to hear from hungry SDRs who want to accelerate into enterprise sales and make their mark in the creator economy.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
