Enterprise Sales Senior Director

Inovio, a company of North American Bancard, is a fully-integrated, technology-driven payment gateway.

Job Summary:
As Enterprise Sales Director, you will be charged with developing and managing an identified market segment that is strategic to North's growth objectives. You will be identifying new prospects and target segments, collecting information that would be of assistance in developing product solutions, and understanding the revenue possibilities available to the Inovio business unit on an annual basis and forming partnerships with key influencers in your segment. In this role you will effectively manage time, manage multiple priorities, be organized, self-motivated and successfully achieve your quota.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, qualify, and close the most promising prospects and partners that will help achieve business objectives across various verticals.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and proposals for C-suite stakeholders at prospective merchants and partners, and implement winning negotiation strategies.

  • Orchestrate the entire sales process, drive urgency and work mutual action plans, and act as the main point of contact for merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts by having a deep understanding of their industry, pain points, and needs. 

  • Consistently achieve quota and proactively manage pipeline in Salesforce and maintain an appropriate mix of prospects at all stages of the sales cycle.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 5 years hunting sales experience in the payments industry

  • High school diploma

  • Experience selling to high risk within the payments industry

Travel Requirements: 25%
