The Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Americas team — selling into companies with 1,000 to 7,500 employees. As enterprises move AI agents into production, these deals are getting bigger and more cross-functional. We need a leader who can build a repeatable new-logo engine and coach reps to win multi-threaded, executive-level deals.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the Enterprise Americas team's forecast, pipeline coverage, and new-logo bookings as it grows from 4 to 6 reps.

  • Build a consistent outbound culture: inspect pipeline creation weekly, coach messaging, and set the standard for how the team prospects into enterprise accounts.

  • Coach reps inside live deals on discovery, multi-threading, executive access, and deal navigation — on the calls, not just in the forecast review.

  • Run disciplined deal inspection and qualification (MEDDPICC, value selling) and teach it so it sticks.

  • Recruit 1–2 AEs from your own network, and make every rep on the team measurably better.

  • Partner with SEs, SDRs, marketing, and CS to shape the enterprise motion as it scales.

What We're Looking For
  • Hunter turned leader. You were a top new-logo AE, got promoted into first-line management, and have 2–5 years leading enterprise sellers. You still know how to run a deal and you want the next leadership step.

  • Playbook pedigree. You were trained inside a disciplined, KPI-driven enterprise SaaS org — and can teach MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or value-based discovery.

  • Pipeline discipline + builder instinct. You've created a pipeline from scratch rather than inheriting a mature patch, and you're comfortable building a process where none exists.

  • Talent magnet. You've hired strong reps, developed them, and have people who'd follow you.

  • Competitive, low ego, coachable. High standards, hands in the work, takes feedback well. Data, infra, or AI experience is a plus, not a requirement.

This Is Not For You If
  • You want to stay an individual contributor — this is a full-time leadership seat.

  • You'd rather lead from the forecast call than from inside the deal.

  • You need a fully built playbook handed to you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
