Why This Role Matters
We're deploying AI-powered robots that are transforming how businesses acquire and serve customers. Our robots deliver 5x sales increases and 10x reduction in customer acquisition costs. We're at the inflection point where businesses either adopt this technology or get left behind - just like PCs in the 1980s.
We need an Enterprise Sales Lead who understands they're not selling robots - they're selling business transformation. You'll show Fortune 500 companies how to solve their biggest problem: customer acquisition costs are destroying margins while conversion rates plummet.
Every retailer, hotel, and trade show booth has the same crisis. You'll walk in with the solution that pays for itself in 90 days.
- Close 2-3 enterprise deals monthly (5-50 units per deal)
- Sell directly to CFOs and COOs by showing immediate ROI
- Skip the innovation theater and get to procurement fast
- Turn pilot programs into chain-wide rollouts
- Make $2,000/month per robot feel like stealing
- Build the playbook for the next 10 salespeople we hire
- You've sold business transformation, not products (ERP, POS systems, or similar)
- You know how to create urgency around adopting new technology
- You can navigate the "but what about our employees" conversation
- You've closed $500K+ deals in under 90 days
- You understand retail/hospitality operations and their margin pressure
- You can demo technology without making it about the technology
Month 1: Close your first deal Month 3: 20+ robots deployed across 3 customers Month 6: 100+ robots deployed, $2M+ ARR added
$250K base + uncapped commission (targeting $400K+ total) Meaningful equity in a profitable, growing company No travel required - deployment team handles installation
The businesses that deployed PCs in 1985 dominated the 1990s. The businesses deploying AI robots in 2025 will dominate the 2030s. You'll be the person who gets them there first.
We're profitable, funded by our own revenue, and growing fast. If you want to sell the future of business operations and get paid extremely well to do it, let's talk.
