Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition and cultivate lasting relationships within the logistics industry. You’ll leverage your expertise to engage senior leaders at asset-based, enterprise-level carriers, collaborating closely with Customer Success to deliver high-impact solutions. Your work will be integral to shaping the growth of Optimal Dynamics’ footprint in your market—whether remote or on the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Logo Acquisition: Identify and engage enterprise-level dedicated and/or for-hire (asset-based) carriers.
  • Relationship Management: Partner with Customer Success to build and nurture strong relationships across new and existing accounts, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Consultative Sales Execution: Leverage industry experience to position Optimal Dynamics with senior leadership, drive creative deal strategies, and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Success & Advocacy: Proactively manage key issues and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and account health.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all account activity in Salesforce.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay current on logistics and supply chain trends, and track competitive offerings and industry innovations.
  • Travel: Travel up to 50% within your assigned market as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions.
  • Experience selling to or working with Transport Topics Top 100 for-hire carriers is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across sales, customer success, and product teams.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with polished presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to build trust quickly with all levels of leadership.
  • High degree of initiative, hustle, and self-motivation.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely—this role is not office-based.
