Want a seat at our table? Ziosk is looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Director who will share our passion for market differentiation and excellence. The Enterprise Sales Director
will focus on leading and maintaining accountability on prospecting, selling and closing new accounts based on a jointly developed win strategy to long-term contract closure.
The Main Course – Responsibilities
- Develop and progress sales pipeline to achieve enterprise sales targets
- Discover client needs, challenges and opportunities, mapping those back to company solutions, value, and ROI
- Develop and communicate win strategy and value model, based on a deep understanding of client opportunities and Ziosk roadmap
- Partner with legal to lead on contract negotiations
- Lead the client’s relationship during the sales campaign and establish appropriate relationship mapping between Ziosk and the client organization through various departments (marketing, operations, IT, etc.)
- Represent Ziosk within the client’s organization and represent the client as an advocate within the Ziosk
- Lead cross-functional, internal and client teams to gain alignment around priorities, KPI’s, and deliverables to drive and manage pilot and deployment success
- Earn respect as a trusted advisor on assigned account(s) and drive differentiated solution and ROI with customer
- Maximize combination of client satisfaction and profitability with Ziosk as a strategic partner
- Create referenceable accounts and relationship through the sales campaign and deployment process
- Provide internal feedback on market and competitive intelligence
What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales/sales management and/or new business development, enterprise software provider preferred.
- Experience successfully selling solutions to complex organizations and decision-making criteria
- Restaurant and/or Hospitality technology sales experience with contacts required.
- Consistent history of developing pipelines and exceeding targets
- Experience creating impactful business cases attaching platform capabilities and value model to client strategies
- Experienced understanding of guest or customer data profile “CDP”, insights, loyalty engagement and related to help leverage the Ziosk platform to drive the customers strategic objectives
- Clear, effective and persuasive communicator – in person, on the phone, and videoconference
- Highly skilled relationship builder capable of quickly earning trust and respect and maintaining over time
- Strong technical, business, and strategic selling acumen
- Must be willing and able to travel nationally, as required, for client meetings, tradeshows, and events
