As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Limble, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by introducing strategic enterprise accounts to Limble. You will identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with large organizations, working hand in hand with our Enterprise Account Executives as you go. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Bring highly qualified enterprise level deals to the table by leveraging outbound strategies as well as upsell and expansion opportunities. This includes cold calling, custom LinkedIn outreach, and custom cold emailing

  • Account Management: Working in sprints, you will warm up, score, and prioritize a set book of business in order to build use cases and narrow your focus on deals that will close.

  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team in order to ensure vision alignment and efficient success.

  • Problem Centric Selling: Multithread accounts in order to understand the business problems that would be cause for change and set the table for the Account Executives

  • Goal Setting: Work closely with your manager and fellow SDRs in order to have a proper plan of attack each month that will allow you to crush your numbers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ year of sales development experience in an Enterprise motion, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills are a must. Must be highly skilled on the phone.

  • Strategic Mindset: Eager to dive into accounts with a longer sales cycle, and able to think outside the box in order to multithread and build business cases.

  • Results-Driven: Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a passion for achieving results. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
